I am constantly creating new paintings throughout the year and release them individually or in groups. This will be well advertised beforehand via my Newsletter first and then via social media. These are one of a kind paintings so what you see today may not be there tomorrow!

All paintings are for sale solely through my website. If a painting has sold, it will be marked on the top of each image. Once you click on the product you are interested in, you can add it to your cart and follow the prompts to the checkout. All available paintings are listed on my website HERE. I do not have any additional paintings for sale in my studio.

0 2.   DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS? I am currently accepting Pet Portrait commissions.  Commissioned paintings typically take 4-6 weeks for completion.  Visit the Commissions page for my details.

0 3.   HOW CAN I BE THE FIRST TO KNOW WHEN NEW PAINTINGS ARE AVAILABLE? The best way to find out about new work that I’ve added is to subscribe to my NEWSLETTER or follow me on INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK. Unfortunately, I am not able to contact people individually to let them know when I’ve added new work.

It varies depending on the subject. I mostly work in acrylics, on canvas or hardboard. All paintings have descriptions of what medium is used on the sales page.

0 5.   DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? I do ship internationally, depending on the size of the piece and country.  Before purchasing, let me know your postal address details for an estimated shipping cost. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

0 6.   WILL YOU COPY A PREVIOUS PAINTING THAT ALREADY SOLD?  No, I’ve learned the hard way that trying to duplicate a painting never really works out.  The client is inevitably disappointed (because it’s pretty possible to get it exactly right), and it is not very much fun for me to do something over again. However, I will consider a commissioned project using the same mood/style/colors of a previous piece.  But it will NOT be an exact duplicate.

0 7.   WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?  All paintings and products are final sales. Please email me at info@rebeccapotterart.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

Please note that Rebecca Potter retains all rights to all artwork, even those of sold and commissioned original paintings. Rebecca Potter retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original). The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist’s written permission.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations.

All sales are final. Commission pieces cannot be canceled once begun and are subject to the terms of the commission agreement.
